In 2015, Seetha became a certified trainer of trainers (ToT) for the program “The Leader in Me”, a personal transformation program based on the book: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Dr. Steven Covey. This program became the foundation of her personal transformation journey to inspire and facilitate personal growth through balancing the four dimensions of life; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Later that year, she faced an incredibly challenging period when her son fell seriously ill and remained bedridden for three weeks. Despite consulting numerous doctors, they couldn’t determine the cause of his illness. Frustrated by the lack of progress, she took matters into her own hands. She decided to explore alternative medical approaches. Her journey led her through various methods including water healing, herbal remedies, neuroscience, and psychology. She tried whatever resonated with her to help her son’s condition.

During this exploration, she realized there’s a whole world of ancient holistic health wisdom gradually gaining recognition in Western healthcare. This knowledge revolves around the human ability to heal itself. Through the blessings of Allah, her son eventually recovered from his ailment and emerged feeling better than ever before.

This program provided her with an energy healing experience that strengthened her belief in her ability to help others heal. It shed new light on her healing practices with her children and enhanced her awareness of the sensations in her hands during these moments. This marked the beginning of her quest to delve deeper into Energy Healing and Energy Medicine.

Qigong is an important branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a powerful and effective healing tool for preventing illnesses and improving health. Qigong strengthens and balances the whole body, including the organs and the immune system.  A Level 2 Spring Forest Qigong Healer is able to move others’ Qi (the life force intelligence), influence their Qi Field, and inspire them to take action to achieve their optimal health.
The fundamental principle of Qigong is that everything in the universe is a form of energy, including every cell in our body.  Blockages in these energy systems can manifest into physical symptoms of pains and sometimes even chronic illnesses like cancer. Qigong healing is a way to access and remove the deepest roots of energy blockages, so that healing can happen naturally. The focus of Spring Forest Qigong Level1 – Qi Activation, is to activate the body’s healing intelligence.

Laughter therapy is a relatively new yet fast growing approach to human well-being.  We seem to have forgotten how to laugh and we certainly don’t pay too much attention to the lasting benefits of laughter. A laughter therapist professionally shares the good news of these benefits and uses laughter as a tool to help people overcome their mental and emotional distress.
Many studies have demonstrated the diverse benefits that laughter can have on you, physically, psychologically, emotionally, and socially. The best part is that you can fake it and still get the same benefits. A laughter facilitator skillfully makes you laugh without reason and helps you achieve the goodness of laughter, activate your joyfulness and leave you with a lasting feel good effect.
The practice of yin yoga is based on the principles of Chinese Energy medicine that focus on the pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. Yin yoga is slow and meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
