On this 36 day journey, you will meet with your mentor/coach every-other day for 30-60 minutes. These interactions will lead you through techniques, refine your daily practices, and encourage reflection on insights and observations. You’ll celebrate small victories along the way, becoming attuned to the new and empowered ‘YOU’.

Beyond the 36 day period, you can choose to continue these mentorship meetings by simply requesting them whenever you feel the need.
