Earthing

Assalaamalaikum friends, today I want share with you a technique called Earthing 馃槉

Many people refer to grounding as earthing, but the difference between earthing and grounding is that, you can ground from anywhere by conscious energy movements or even tapping. But for Earthing you need to come in contact directly with Earth’s subtle energy. Walking barefoot on the ground helps to activate the benefits of earthing. 

When we walk barefoot on grass (especially when it’s wet from morning dew), the principles of reflexology is at work. The pressure on the soles of our feet helps to stimulate our internal organs. Most importantly, Earthing creates a sense of joy in our cells which promotes health and vitality, bringing harmony to our body, mind and soul.
