Maintaining healthy eating habits is crucial for promoting overall health and preventing chronic diseases. However, with so much conflicting information available, it can be challenging to know where to start. In this blog post we provide simple 6 step to start your healthy eating habits.

  1. Eat 2 meals a day, maximum. You can snack with fruits and nuts, in between (apple, cucumber, almonds are ideal for snacking)
  2. Chew every bite for at least 1 minute before swallowing
  3. Keep a 12 hour gap between meals (8am breakfast – 8pm dinner, ideally)
  4. Drink at least 6-8 glasses (250ml) of water daily.  When you get a hunger sensation, understand that, it is NOT hunger, but your body asking for water. Keep yourself hydrated at all times.
  5. Avoid drinking cold beverages, even water, with your food. It reduces the digestive capacity of the stomach.
  6. Coffee and Green Tea are healthy beverages only when consumed without sugar or milk.
